Vice President - Strategy & Planning - BFS

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven candidate who will be responsible for working on a long-term growth strategy for the organization working closely with the Founder and the Managing Partner and would get things actioned and aligned to achieve targets/ goals for the business. The person will be acting as a strategic analyst-cum-thinker, and will also assist in identifying new business initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Would be supporting the managing partner in strategy & planning across different functional areas

- Working closely with Managing Partner in Fund Raising, Investments & New Business initiatives

- Preparing presentations, working on MIS reports, supporting the partners in making various policies & processes for the organization

- Supporting the managing partner in identifying new business initiatives thereby understanding & planning the execution process.

- Monitoring closely the progress of the portfolio companies and ensuring optimal performance

- Working closely with the Managing Partner in sourcing new investment ideas, conducting due diligence, preparing investing memos & performing valuation analysis

- Supporting the Managing Partner in building the fund business & regularly following up with the investors.
