Vice President - Strategy & Operations - Manufacturing - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

A fast-growing dynamic startup that is on its 10 to 100 journey is looking to hire a VP for leading all operations and overseeing growth. The role will encompass looking at manufacturing, warehousing, procurement and supporting Business Development on all aspects to ensure growth.

Please note 10+ years of post-MBA experience is a must for this role and candidates with Agri and Automobile manufacturing experience are preference.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in India and overseas, providing strategic direction to the team, overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, purchase and warehousing across the organization. The primary goal will be to increase organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. The person will be the key to go to person for all day-to-day management and will help the organization in its scale up journey.

Responsibilities

- Build and execute strategy for effective management of the business

- Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy

- Support Sales and Marketing team to achieve high growth

- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth

- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

Qualifications

- 10+ of experience post MBA from top B school

- Strategic planning and operational excellence background

- Must have manufacturing experience as well as procurement and warehousing

- Must have taken a startup or a business unit from 10 to 100 journey

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
