Vice President - Strategy & Growth - Shoe Business

To lead, develop and grow the Shoes Export Manufacturing Business of the company based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The current size of the business is about US$ 100MM but has the potential to grow quickly as the capacity has already been built.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

1. The chief representative of the Shoes Operations.

2. Develop long-term strategies and profitable growth in Shoe Business.

3. Develop an annual business plan and execute according to the plan. Perform regular reviews of the business.

4. Keep abreast of all relevant customer requirements and industry trends. Highlight implications to top management accordingly.

5. Develop strong and sustainable structure/ SOPs for the total Shoe Business. Make sure all the SOPs are being followed.

6. Work on any other initiatives as aligned with top management.

Experience Requirements

1. Minimum 20 years of related working experience

2. Seasoned and matured professional with great business sense

3. Experienced in shoe manufacturing business environment

Technical competency Requirements

1. Rich, relevant Technical and Quality knowledge on Sports, Casual and Safety Footwear

2. Strong Product Development and Marketing skills

3. Good understanding of Shoe Production

4. Good communicator in English - both written and oral
