Responsibility :
- Understand credit management cycle, credit policy development and business environment.
- Proactively drive and enhance the portfolio health tracking and analyze emerging trends (internal and external).
- Strategy planning, Strategy implementation, Design the key strategic focus areas of the bank by tracking the performance of competitors in the market.
- Proactively seeks, finds and recommends opportunities to improve processes, policies and profit for our company.
- Develop strategy by tracking the centre-wise performance of industry and private players.
- Provides accurate and concise results and presents findings, recommendations and presentations to Senior Management.
- Create clear written communications and routinely present results to senior leaders including the ability to influence toward a particular decision.
- Work with the stateside and India colleagues across the risk management organization
- Contribute to a culture of management business reviews to review trends, issues and actions
- Providing clear/concise verbal and written communication across various functions and levels, inclusive of Operations, IT, and Risk Management
- Proactive communication and ability to engage seamlessly to bridge teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Partner with acquisition and account management strategy owners to identify leading indicators of risk and drive enhancements towards innovation in risk strategies.
- Expected to work on multiple projects with competing priorities and limited guidance with people management skills.
- Support the senior leadership on various monthly/quarterly presentations for the line of business heads
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Math, Finance, Statistics, Economics or equivalent work/training is required; advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of related analytical experience
- Strong P&L knowledge and understanding of profit drivers, Strategy, Statistical modelling, SAS
- Ability to logically structure analyses using strong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into concise presentations with sound business conclusions.
- Good project management skills -- well-organized, structured approach.
- Ability to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables. Ability to manage and prioritize projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals across departments / functions and with senior-level individuals.
- Ability to drive consensus.
- 2+ years of SAS programming hands-on experience (PC, UNIX or mainframe)
- Highly proficient in MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint
