Position Summary - Supporting the CEO and COO office covering research, business analysis and understanding of relative performance of the portfolio of businesses under Construction (Residential Projects). Supporting board meetings, internal communication and other CEO and key management personnel presentations. - Ability to evaluate a range of businesses and business models for validation. - Own and drive key strategic initiatives with top leadership and across functions, BUs and Regions. - Ability to drive fundraising initiatives - Robust working knowledge of financial management, budgeting, financial reporting of projects and programmes - Ensuring effectiveness of reviews and other operational meetings Candidate Specification: Key Selection Criteria - Must have: MBA / PGDM from top B School - Must have: Consulting background including strategy, corporate planning experience background - Clarity of thought and focus on delivery - Strategic and out of the box thinking - Data driven - Executive presence - Prioritization based on business impact - Ability to work across functions and businesses - Analytical skills and technology understanding - Partnership and stakeholder management
