Vice President - Strategic Role - Wholesale Banking

Principal Accountabilities:

Leading Operations for a large, complex and/or multiple Business across countries

Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and driving planning across Operations.

Conceptualizing, agreeing and driving initiatives to add value to the business.

Contributes to formulation of corporate-wide operations strategy and policy.

Industry expert and may serve on company-wide task forces or project teams that steer the company's operational direction.

Required skills:

Demonstrated ability in program management

Demonstrated ability in driving change

Solid budget forecasting and risk management skills.

Must have good understanding of global trends and practices in back office processing.

Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas

Takes ownership and accountability for responsibilities and business outcomes

A seasoned, relationship-driven executive who will have the style and sensitivity to work within a highly complex business environment.Multi-cultural sensitivity a must.

Exhibits excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Good understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, etc. and a track record of continuous improvement through usage of the above quality tools. Knowledge of Automation tools like RPA, Design thinking

Demonstrated experience of 5 yrs minimum working with senior mgmt on Strategy & Planning

Business planning or background and strong analytical capabilities a must.

Have exposure in implementing Business improvement programs and delivered process consulting engagements.
