Position Title: Vice President - GIS Location: Gurugram Job Description: - Collect, analyze and synthesize information to support our consulting and delivery teams. - Conduct in-depth strategic research, market data gathering and analysis, market size analysis, produce forecasts and prepare presentation material. - Follow and consider current trends in the industry while undertaking research. Produce quantitative and qualitative benchmarking of insurance carriers, MGAs/MGUs, Brokers and reinsurance companies - Develop and deliver expertise on specific industry topics, where required and work with colleagues remotely - Prepare periodic performance updates, case studies, white papers, quantitative and qualitative research notes on researched material such as industry trends, strategies, business models, best practices, etc - Provide inputs for primary research on insurance market; Work with several senior leaders to conceive questionnaires and surveys that will eventually be used in conducting primary research. Qualification & Experience required: - Good academic record with a minimum bachelor's degree. - Quantitative skills - experience with data collection and modelling is desirable. - Proficiency with MS applications - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - A keen attention to detail and highly effective organization and prioritization skills. - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with co-workers around the world across many time zones. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines on a tight schedule. - Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to communicate and solicit feedback and ideas - Minimum 12 years of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in Insurance
