- Partners with Global SIM program managers in developing the strategic roadmap and integrated multi-generational rollout plans to deliver transformational, multi-year strategic change across FDCO & ETD.

- Create a strategic view /tracker for FDCO that provides consolidated view on HC, Volumes, Rev, Site split, Applications, metrics by function Global vs GDCE

- Hands on Reporting, tracking of milestones, dependencies and risks of initiative activities led out of India including people, process, technology & financial impacts

- Create a centralized metrics and reporting hub for FDCO & ETD at GDCE

- Create and manage BCP strategy for FDCO & ETD and partner with regional teams in aligning GDCE strategy to global plan

- Establish a strong framework to measure performance and control cost of operations on an ongoing basis.

- Represents India Teams on global Business meetings related to People & Business Management Work streams.

- Create and maintain central repository of critical technology and risk initiatives and STP Enhancements.

Requirements-

Mandatory requirements -

- Strong Consulting and process design/re-engineering background

- Hands on Excel & PowerPoint skills.

- Exceptional verbal, written communications (including executive C-suite presentations) across all levels, time zones / cultures

- Strong sense of ownership, urgency driving results beyond immediate team

- Directly manage small to medium size team with effective interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork, results, and conflict resolution

- Ability to work in a matrix environment - driving collaboration and results from key stakeholders

- Ability to translate complex business problems into structured projects with tangible outcomes.

- Partner with leadership to identify and address execution constraints and issues.

- Operational Excellence and Continuous Process Improvement:

- Ensure adherence to all internal and business performance metrics with zero surprises

- Drive ideation and execution of ideas

- Support & promote Innovation

- Have the ability to question and focus on details in order to have deeper understanding and subject matter expertise on industry standards, best practices, trends and evolving ideas.

Education-

- Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA/ CA/ ICWA/ CS

Mandatory skills -

- Strong MS Office Skills

- Banking experience within a Global organization

Desired skills -

- PMP Certification

- Black Belt Certification
