Job Description-

VP - Client Static is responsible for providing service delivery and governance for the client static team within C&DS .As the functional operation's lead will be fully accountable for business delivery, operational risk governance and control, Global transition and process improvements.

The nature of the role involves crucial role in overseeing time critical delivery, complex/regulated tasks and in facilitating communication with onshore/near shore teams/stake holders.

- Understanding the various stages of Client onboarding process including KYC, credit, AML and static set up.Relevant experience in establishing efficient ways to accurately setup and manage Client Static would be desirable.

- Effective communication skills - to be able to manage relationships with stakeholders virtually.

- Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation

- Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers and team members

- Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Eye for detail and willingness to question current state practices

- Independent, self-motivated and a team player.

- Ability to use sound judgment to determine due diligence quality and if meets regulatory standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience and showing resilience under pressure and providing best in class solutions
