Vice President - Sourcing - Footwear

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing for footwear products.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.

- Shared P&L responsibility with category management teams.

- Lead a talented team of 2-3 direct reports, fostering a growth-oriented culture.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in the footwear sector.

- Proven expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication.

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.

- Track record of managing portfolios exceeding 200+ crores.
