Responsibilities:
- Delivery Management
- Responsible for the quality delivery for all engagements. Ensure technical best practices are followed in each engagement
- Responsible for tracking and managing the budgets for each engagement
- Responsible for high level of Client Satisfaction
- Propose, lead and implement scalable, sustainable and cost-effective approaches for meeting operational goals
- Partner with operations leaders to refine and improve service to each client by reviewing processes and client needs on a regular basis.
- Design, document and execute appropriate processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency from the team
- Proactively communicate statuses, issues and escalations to senior management and stakeholders
- Work with the team to ensure technical best practices are constantly developed and enforced
- Foster radically candid culture within internal and external teams and clients
- Sales/Pre-sales Support :
- Right hand for the Sales team for closing new opportunities. Consultative approach understanding client needs and directing the opportunity towards right type of engagement
- Collaboration with the Sales/Pre-Sales team for providing support for closing new opportunities
- Collaboration with Sales/Pre-Sales team for firming existing accounts
- Partner Management
- Manage external vendors and partners involved in the development, implementation and management of various services
- Work with external partners to source, negotiate and manage resources and solution services.
- Look for opportunities to build new partnerships with established development organizations to enhance and improve the delivery of services
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.
- 10+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
- 8+ years of Experience in managing delivery to US based Clients
- Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback
- Experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
