Qualifications - Minimum 12 years of experience in Software development and management - Tech Stack: Full Stack Java, AWS, SQL, experience with Big Data Technologies. - Experience in a fast-paced product based Startup environments. - 5+ years of experience in heading team of 10+ engineers - Hands-on engineer to deliver high-quality codes (able to code himself/herself and be a great coach to develop the team) - MBA will be a plus (but is not a must-have) - 10+ years of strong software design/development experience in building massively large scale distributed Internet systems and products. - Hands-on in Advance Java & frameworks, Node.JS/other backend JavaScript frameworks, MySQL/NoSQL, golang, etc. - Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem-solving skills. Experience using common Java tools and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, HTTP, Axis, CXF, Restlet, MVC patterns, Eclipse IDE, SoapUI, Maven, or Ant - Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem-solving skills. Experience using common - Building n-tier applications (web and server side) - Experience with Object-Oriented design & analysis including Java design patterns, Object to Relational Mapping - A successful candidate will have an established background in developing large scale distributed systems with a various web and database technologies (MYSQL and NoSQL) and Building Microservices, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
