Job Description

- The role will be responsible for implementing the social and digital marketing strategy in India, and to lead execution and optimisation of all social media campaigns.

Description

- Develop engaging digital experiences across social platforms

- Design and deliver effective Recruitment Marketing campaigns including a social media strategy to attract quality talent

- Ensure all corporate social profiles / brand are properly claimed, optimiser, promoted and managed

- Leverage technology to drive modern workplace and social learning and collaboration techniques

- Work closely with the Communications, global corporate relations teams to ensure that more nimble in its digital engagement

- Create and manage a robust approach to measurement of cost ROI for all campaigns and partnerships

- Ensure brand consistency and governance structure for all internal and external communications

Profile

- Masters/Post Graduate with extensive experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline

- In depth knowledge and understanding of social medial marketing platforms

- Have a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice

- Experience in developing customercentric communications

- Strategic approach to Communications

- Team player, energetic, personable, excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to be impactful to stakeholders and influence

- Financial Services experience preferred
