Vice President - Social Consulting

ROLE BRIEF

As a Vice President you help the organisation bring new projects onboard through extensive interaction with the state & central government bodies that will reshape government, and society, and be the torchbearer of a new wave of social impact in India. In this role you will lead our efforts to grow by bringing expert level credibility to our business development opportunities and project delivery.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-end accountability of managing multiple complex engagements and delivering high quality results

- Proactively identify and cultivate a network of potential clients and strategies to win new business

- Build awareness for Samagra competency in the social sector

- Participate in key industry forums, including presenting regularly on topics relevant to senior leaders

- Develop, manage and maintain client relationships

CRITICAL CRITERIA

- 8-12 years of work experience in top level advisory or consulting firm or excellent industry background with strong passion for the social sector

- Proven track record of handling complex business problems and applying innovative solutions

- Solid business acumen and commercial capabilities

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills

- Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels

- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions
