About All Wave AV Systems :

All Wave AV Systems (www.allwaveav.com) is a 20+ year old AV System Integration firm headquartered in Mumbai, executing Design & Build projects across India for top commercial, government and residential projects. The company's client list boasts of some of India's finest institutions such as Citibank, IIT Bombay, Ambit Holdings Pvt. Ltd, Motilal Oswal Securities and among others.

All Wave is looking to expand its footprint to the Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) sector and is looking for a suitable business leader to drive its foray into this sector. The position is titled "Vice President - SME Channels".

Position : Vice President - SME Channel

Position Overview :

- This position at All Wave AV Systems is an important one, charged with the key responsibility of establishing All Wave AV solutions in SME sector.

- Through building his team and also engaging with the marketing agency to penetrate the solutions in the SME sector and generate sales lead. He is also required to facilitate the delivering and installation of the solutions.

- The incumbent will be required to assemble a talented and dynamic sales and marketing team to achieve the above objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

- Generating interest & adoption of All Wave solutions in SME Market.

- Liaise with marketing agency, come up with ideas for promotion campaigns.

- Assembling a talented and dynamic sales and marketing team.

- Achieving business goals set by the directors.

Skills & Competencies :

- Entrepreneurial in nature, building a business vertical solely for SME segment (field sales as well as online)

- Ability to build & manage a result-oriented team of people.

- Hardware sales, software sales, Security sales background preferred but not compulsory.

- Sales management background to sell to business enterprises(B2B).

- Should have or had the pedigree to meet at least 4 crores of annual sales targets.

Accountability and Performance Measure :

- Recruiting the team, and managing on daily/weekly basis.

- Setting the targets and milestones and reviewing the work done by the team.

- Providing inputs from the field to the management for the right products to be pitched to the client.

- Evaluating and managing various Marketing Agency to generate leads and sales collaterals.

- Managing the balance of the short team and long term to achieve a 25 crores cumulative top-line over 3 years.

- Ensuring overall project delivery and customer satisfaction with All Wave solutions.

Candidate Profile :

Age : 30-35 years.

Education : Graduation in any relevant discipline, Post-Graduation preferred.

Experience : 5-10 years of sales experience.

Compensation :

Fixed CTC : 9 lakhs p.a. (can be higher as per candidate)

Variable CTC : up to 4.5 lakhs p.a.

Place of Work: Fort, Mumbai
