Title: Vice President - Shared Services (F&amp;A Operations) The Role: Team Size: The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of ~100 FTEs delivering services to 4 listed companies. This is a growing role in terms of FTEs, Service Coverage and Customers Process/Service Coverage: Covering all aspects of Finance &amp; Accounting Operations - Procure to Pay including Purchase Requisition and Accounts Payables - Order 2 Cash including Customer Invoicing, Credit Control, Collections &amp; Reconciliations - Record to Report, Treasury back-office, MDM, Taxation, Compliance - SAP and DMS Services Primary Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Service Delivery: - Manage &amp; ensure zero surprise service delivery as per the agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensure compliance - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and call out performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement performance improvement plans to close process gaps. Transformation: - Create and execute roadmap to transform operations using deep domain/ F&amp;A expertise and latest technologies. Own the implementation of new technologies to improve overall operations Customer Relationship &amp; Stakeholder Management: - Understand the big picture requirements and work closely with Centre Leadership team for effective delivery and customer experience - Bring entrepreneurial mindset to operations and business to provide appropriate service performance metrics and reports to deliver value to clients and organization - Display a good executive presence and manage internal &amp; external partners People Leadership: - Guide, monitor, manage, engage and develop the direct reports and the team to drive superior performance and build/ nurture customer relationship Growth &amp; Expansion: - Showcase current operations and Work closely with Leadership team, client CXOs and process owners, and operating teams for additional processes/accounts - Collaborate with Centre/Leadership in new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization Required Experiences, Skills &amp; Competencies - India to India Shared Services Experience (either Captive or BPO) - F&amp;A Service Delivery Operations knowledge while managing multi-tower teams (50+ FTEs) - Transformation experience is a must with fair exposure to new-age technology like RPA/AI - Fair Understanding of SAP, DMS/Work Flow, and relevant tools for F&amp;A Operations - Strong on analytical thinking, deeply data driven, with hands on experience on MIS &amp; Reports - Excellent communication &amp; influencing skills and Excel &amp; PPT skills - Engaging people to perform at their best Qualifications &amp; Background : - CA/ICWA /MBA's or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant experience (4-5 Years in Service Delivery Leadership role managing large team) - Understanding of P2P, O2C and RR processes Location: Delhi/NCR Budget: Attractive and negotiable, commensurate with required skills and relevant experience but not a limiting factor.
