Responsibilities : The Delivery leader will supervise and manage various service delivery teams for GWIM in India. The responsibilities will include People Management, Process Management and Client Management.&nbsp; Details : - Grow and build out various teams so as to expand Wealth Management practice in India to complement the activities of the current team across regions. - Provide guidance and develop the offshore teams - Ensure smooth operations and service delivery - Develop reports and monitor the validity of the data and metrics being reported - Interface with various Line of Businesses and ensure client satisfaction - Report quarterly for various models/projects from various Lines of Businesses, Compliance and Operational Risk teams - Hiring, on-boarding and training the teams in India Mandatory Skills : - Strong academic background i.e. MBA (Finance) from top tier institute or CA (Rank Holder) preferably with certifications in Wealth Management - Minimum 17 years of experience in relevant industry of which 10+ should be in a leadership role. Working in an outsourced environment will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of various Wealth Management products - Communicate complex concepts and the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner - Proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills and Characteristics: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with onshore partners - Comfortable interfacing with firm personnel at all levels on a range of issues - Have a solution oriented approach to issues and business challenges. - Ability to learn fast and quickly grasp new concepts - Experience in managing multiple, diverse multi-location teams and managers of people - Able to demonstrate leadership, take initiative, strong work ethic and team focus - Attention to detail - Strong aptitude for rapidly absorbing the business context of problems and learning new analytical tools and approaches
