Job Location : Chennai Overall purpose of role : - Accountable for the global delivery of the Learning & Mentoring service ensuring cost effective, efficient and customer focused delivery of services - Drive continuous improvement of the service - Provide leadership and direction to the Learning & Mentoring services team - Proactively manage stakeholders of HR Operations - To ensure that Learning & Mentoring services processes comply with appropriate governance, legal risk, control & compliance requirements. Key Accountabilities : - Design, develop and deliver through integrated teams ongoing customer experience improvements as well as innovations which provide with sources of significant differentiation and competitive advantage - Responsible for the successful execution of the HR operations delivery model for the service line through global and local service centres - Ensure that the colleague experience of services delivered by HR Operations is in line with or above the service level targets - Guardian of the signed off and implemented SDM, process, systems, tools, guides, data, controls & governance, SLA- s, quality standards - Actively define, own and implement ongoing uplift in the capability of the HR Operations team across process improvement. Including and not limited to people capability, tools and methodologies and colleague engagement models - Input to and sign off new or enhanced design of system and processes impacting the SDM - Lead, coach and co-ordinate across the HR Operations virtual team so they understand the solution, change and benefits - Responsible for governance and maintenance of Portal content as well as HRS Knowledge Base associated with the service - Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation in relation to the colleague experience working collaboratively with the Transformation Lead or COE to drive for a true end to end responsibility and excellent colleague experience - Partner with the Transformation lead to develop and engagement model to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers of the service e.g. HRBPs, COEs, LMs demonstrating a united HR operations identity. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications : - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to strongly influence and build commitment amongst senior stakeholders - Excellent judgement, decision making and relationship management - Extensive knowledge of HR processes - Speed of execution - the ability to act decisively, use sound judgement and move projects and the business with pace - Strong focus and attention to detail - Outstanding interpersonal and Influencing skills with an ability to operate at senior levels within HR and the broader business - Analysis of complex scenarios ensuring extensive and in depth research is completed to find innovative solutions to meet the customers- needs whilst remaining within governance. - Experience working on HR Systems - SAP/SIBEL/Success Factors (or) any equivalent systems Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications : - Experience of Agile delivery - Experience of operating within virtual teams in a matrix structure - Effective in developing and leading high performing teams - Knowledge of HR policies and Procedures - Experience in using HR applications and systems.
