- ITIL v3 Certification will be preferred. - Experience with supporting and troubleshooting of .NET and Java applications. - Being familiar with programming concepts in HTML, Java/Javascript, PHP. - Experience with SOAP, XML, Web services - Experience using databases such as Oracle, SQL for queries - Familiar with Support Ticket, Call Center, and KnowledgeBase Systems - Knowledge of any Open DB will be an add-on. - Experienced in administering Linux - Experience in providing services to agreed SLA's and OLA's. -Should have 8-10 years of IT experience in platform implementation and min 4 yrs doing applications and infra support as Project/Operations Manager for handling IT Infrastructure. - Must have a lending domain experience.
