Vice President/Senior Vice President - Telesales - Internet/Online

1. Maximize the Tele sales & Servicing across India by broadening the base, both with respect to the team size and productivity.

2. Maintain the quality of all the Tele processes.

3. Manage operations of multiple processes by using On-roll team, Off-roll (Contracted Employees) and outsourced partners

4. Bring cost efficiency by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; implement the metrics measurement tools, monitor and analyze results

5. Quality fanatic with hands on experience of driving quality metrics for various Tele processes

6. Optimization and re-engineering of existing processes to enhance productivity
