Role Summary :

The role holder is responsible for managing the sales for the suite of Cash Management Services & Capital Markets management across the spectrum of Bank's clients in a select location / region and meeting the agreed revenue targets (liability & fee), and associated through puts acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the CMS & Capital Markets management revenues

Core Responsibilities :

- Managing and controlling the operating framework for the department, providing guidance and support and ensuring implementation in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement

- Ensuring the steady flow of CMS & Capital Markets management services business.

- Ensuring that client servicing is appropriate and consistently maintained at a high level.

- Meeting agreed revenue targets for CMS & Capital Markets management business.

- Meeting agreed targets with respect to new client acquisitions.

- Formulating and implementing processes for specific CMS & Capital Markets transactions wherever applicable.

- Regularly liaising with internal and external contacts to promote banks CMS & Capital Markets services business.
