VP/SVP sales The organization is one of the largest IT Staffing companies with delivery centers spread across India, US, UAE, Singapore. They are expanding aggressively into other geographies and is financially very strong, backed by large investors. - Head of sales reporting to the Chief Business Officer - Excellent experience into IT Services sales only. - Candidate who has an excellent experience of IT services sales in the US/ UK/Europe markets would be preferred. - Should have a strong network in the US/UK/Europe markets. - Should have handled P&L independently. - Should have a strong strategic bent of mind and should have a strong knowledge about multiple geographies outside of India. - candidate should have an excellent experience of managing people at CXO levels. - candidate should be at a client facing role. - Candidates with only Pre-sales experience would not be considered.
