Vice President/Senior Vice President - Product Management - Manufacturing Segment - Infrastructure Banking Team

A leading Bank, currently among top 5 Banks in India is looking for Vice President & Senior Vice President for Infrastructure Banking team primarily focused on Manufacturing segment.

REQUIRED :

- MBA from Tier I / II B-School / CA 1st Attempt.

- Must be from Bank/Financial Services.

- Experience in project finance/infra finance/corporate finance focused on manufacturing sector is a must.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Credit assessment :

- Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations

- Regular review of the case

- Inspections / Site visits Sector assessment

- Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of the financial model

- Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes

- Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance

Communication/PR of Bank's products :

- Undertakes brand communication initiatives for designated products

- Communicates product positioning messaging that differentiates Bank's products in the market

- Increase Bank's visibility in the finance circle/industry sector

Market Research :

- Illustrates an understanding of consumers, competition and current market conditions through primary and secondary research

- Sector tracking / management presentations

Credit Appraisal :

- Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions-

Relationship Management :

- Client relationships by understanding the customers' financial needs and provide suitable solutions in terms of providing bank products and services

- Manage the client relationships by handling activities ranging from identifying clients financial needs, advising, structuring the deal, preparing the terms and conditions and closing the deal

- Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank

- Responsible for the articulation of the customer requirements as input to product development teams-

Documentation and Compliance :

- To maintain high-quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group
