Vice President/Senior Vice President - Legal Mortgages - BFSI

- Ensuring legal compliance's with respect to Home Finance, Personal Finance, Re-Finance,

- Drafting legal documentation with respect to finance deals.Drafting legal notices and dealing with recovery matters.

- Dealing with applicability of Banking Laws, Debt Recovery laws and secularization.

- Dealing with transactions like loan takeovers.

- Handling project loans and structuring finance deals.

- Examination of property documents and verifying property titles for home Finance.

- Providing legal assistance to the customers.

- Registration of Documents such as Agreement to Sale, Mortgages, Leave & License etc.

- Overlooking legal compliance for Mortgages Business of Maharashtra.

- Handling litigation for Mortgage business.

- Providing legal support for FCCR [Funds against Credit Card Receivables] product including drafting of documents and advisory for all India operations

- Drafting and vetting of replies to the customers, Banking Ombudsman, Government and semi Government agencies. Serving as the FRP [First Response Person] for the same on all India basis

- Drafting review of agreements and contracts for all India operations for the above mentioned products and rendering legal opinions for the same.
