Experience - 10+ years.

- Talent Acquisition professional with in-depth experience developing talent acquisition strategies and introducing excellence to corporate recruiting programs and experience into BFSI sector. Talent Sourcing /Mapping Strategy - Design & implement sourcing mix strategies through 360-degree approach

- Accountable for Driving different channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Networking, and References) for Timely delivery.

- Roll out referral schemes to attract and increase referral share within organization

- Industry Mapping to target specific companies within the relevant industry. - Maintain excellent candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline

- Overseeing smooth on boarding of successful candidates.

- Orienting the new recruits with - Company background, Organization structure, HR policies & benefits, agreements and code of conduct.

- Database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant MIS.

- Developed plans for managing/retaining talent inside the organization and for improving leadership strength.
