The incumbent should have successfully grown a business from x to 3x or more with 12+ years of relevant experience in the Consumer Tech/Ecommerce sector.
- Build and lead Sales and Delivery teams to generate revenue growth as per the business plan
- Understand customer requirements and market conditions to generate ideas for new businesses or product enhancement/development
- Providing on-site leadership to engage with top retention accounts and top high potential revenue and group accounts
- Building the sales leadership to take on the responsibility for expanded growth and increased coverage
- Driving the sales cycle/process by understanding the customer buying process and needs; focusing on solutions; seeking to understand the challenge; utilizing a consultative approach; and obtaining customer commitments
- Maintain regular feedback & periodic review of team members
- Engagement with Clients, resulting in better retention of business and up-sell/cross-sell of products.
Key requirements:
1. Understands the consumer tech space and can lead from front
2. Strategize and create new revenue opportunities by leveraging existing products/looking at launching new products.
Experience & Skills:
- MBA & B.Tech/BE from a reputed institute with 12-15 years experience driving and scaling up Consumer Internet businesses
- Startup experience and hustling a pre-requisite
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
