Experience range : 15-19 years Candidate should be preferably from internet e-commerce background. Responsibilities : - Drive the technology strategy & direction as part of the company's core leadership team - Scale the product to support tens of millions of active users whilst delivering a millisecond response time for critical services - Lead the technology team throughout the product development lifecycle and be responsible for on- time, high quality and within budget delivery. - Lead by example and build a culture of innovation by actively participating in architecture and design. - Be a tech evangelist and drive adherence to best practices and coding / architectural guidelines. - Work closely with product, sales, marketing & support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
