Position Summary:
The Digital Campaign Manager manages a team which translates the Banks/Product Teams marketing requests and orchestrates the messaging of that information to the banks' customers or prospects via Email, SMS, and Social channels. The Adobe Campaign Manager requires knowledge of both digital marketing and technical database system/campaign management software.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare construct of campaign effectively in coordination with Product / Business teams, coordinating tasks and activities associated with campaign workflow development, proofing and execution
- Thorough understanding of Adobe Product Suite - able to create cross products (campaign, analytics, target) use cases aligned with business KPIs
- Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
- Plan, coordinate and manage end to end campaigns
- Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the stakeholders on regular basis
- Liaise with technology team for campaign prioritization, optimization, development projects, automation, scheduling reports
Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic - Workflow activities, Delivery activities, Technical workflows, User and Role Administration
- Experience of working on all three Adobe products - Campaign, Analytics and Target
- Knowledge of both marketing and technical database system/campaign management software
- 6-8 years of experience in Digital marketing and campaign management roles
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, HTML, JS, SQL for data analysis
Salary Depending on current role and as per market Hike.
