One of our Banking client is looking for :

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to implement the execution of organizational risk management framework regarding to risk and compliance management functions. It is a key role in overseeing company-wide risk management processes including credit risk, operational risk and relevant policy/governance, portfolio management, and regulatory and compliance risk.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and driving MFIs risk management, policies and procedures, risk metrics, reporting and compliance with applicable regulations and laws

- Set the strategic risk management vision and deliver that strategy to the Company

- Review and develop the relevant risk policies and procedures, and approval authorities

- Formulating/articulating a coherent risk appetite and quantify risk limits on different organizational activities

- Developing and enhancing the risk framework for managing risks across the company and ensuring the processes are fit for their purpose.

- Providing critical input as a part of senior management and the Executive Committee (Excom) and credibly challenging the management of current issues and the development and implementation of strategy.

- Work with senior management team in obtaining risk mitigation funding and developing risk mitigation measures to address the company's key risks and to monitor their effectiveness

- Develop and champion the implementation of technologies and information systems to support risk management. Hiring and training team members to support the development of the risk management team

- Is responsible for supporting the Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) in its engagement with and implement appropriate risk reporting to the Sr. Management.

- Present and report ARC Chairman regarding with the Risk department's issues, reports and updates

- Communicate to key stakeholders regarding the risk profile of the business

- Train the Risk team members to be ready for career advancement
