Vice President/Senior Vice President - Business Operations - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

1. Responsible for all on-ground innovation and technology upgrades and oversee the legal, commercial and finance requirements for the business.

2. Build and own the operating business plan for the business. Planning, organization and execution for the business.

3. The role requires high execution orientation, quick thinking and implementation. The incumbent should be comfortable with a lot of action and has the ability to handle multiple issues/activities.

4. Managing all direct stakeholders such as franchises and/or federation.

5. Taking care of complete P&L management and scale up the operations, building Road-map.

6. Policy Formation, Coordination with all stakeholders in relation to ground events.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: -

- High on energy, drive, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Should be driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships.

Education: -

MBA (Tier 1 institute). Year of Passing 1998 - 2002
