Vice President/Senior Vice President - Business Intelligence Unit - BFSI

Looking for Business Intelligence role with Retail Assets and Liability experience and have used tools such as R, SQL, Phython and Hadoop.

- Enable and augment capabilities around analytics, customer centricity, big data & digital by developing an ecosystem of consulting and big data analytics partners

- Concept proof analytics projects and solutions at group companies and corporate office with an objective of embedding analytics deeply into business processes

- Ensure that cross business synergistic analytics data infrastructure is enabled across multiple analytics initiatives across the Group.

- Manage loyalty, channel retention, cross-sell & sales promotions through digital & campaign management

- Generate customer & market insights and develop customer strategies to enhance sales, customer engagement and salesforce productivity

- Enable & deliver marketing campaigns through a modern front end and feedback integration

- Own and manage visual analytics & intelligence from data across sales CRM, SAP, operations, call center, loyalty, market intelligence, GIS, market research

- Manage global consulting & technology partner teams, project team and dedicated analytics team

- Create digital, analytics culture and ensure step-up change in data based decision making and BI.
