Vice President/Senior Vice President - Leading Domestic Investment Bank

Leading Domestic Investment Bank with a focus on Equity Capital markets is looking to hire at a VP and SVP level

It is open to evaluate Investment Bankers who have a mix of Advisory and ECM experience as well as Corporate Bankers who cover MSME and Large Corporates and have good relationship skills to originate deals

Talent Pool : Corporate Banking professionals covering Mid / MSME to Large Corporates OR Investment Bankers with Capital market exposure

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A Deals and structured finance transactions.

- Identifying the opportunities in the Market

- Sector specialist: Having deep understanding of particular sector/s and able to create the business opportunities in those sectors.

- Work closely with clients on mandated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.

- Strategizing for raising / restructuring of resources for clients.

- Making effective high pitch presentation to Companies.

- Making presentations at Seminar, Industry Bodies & Associations.

- Working closely with clients on funding feasibility, financial modelling, business planning.

Acquisitions, Restructuring and Project Funding:

- Strong relationships with Promoters / Management of Corporates

- Motivating and Managing Teams to achieve business targets.

Reporting : Managing Director - Investment Banking

Qualification:

- Professional Qualifications/ Certifications: MBA (preferable) CA or equivalent with minimum 10 years of Fund Raising / Investment Banking Experience.

- Experience in managing teams spread across geographies will be an added qualification
