Vice President/Senior Vice President - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance

We are at Senior Vice President for Bancassurance and Credit Life Channel who will be responsible for overseeing and leading the development, implementation, and management of our bancassurance and credit life distribution channels.

This role requires a strategic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in bancassurance and credit life.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, establish and maintain strong partnerships with banking institutions and credit providers, and drive revenue growth through effective channel management.

JD :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive bancassurance and credit life channel strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners and credit providers to ensure effective collaboration and mutually beneficial business outcomes.

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their performance and achieve targets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and enhancements within the bancassurance and credit life channels.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, underwriting, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of channel strategies.

- Monitor and evaluate channel performance, including sales metrics, distribution costs, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular training and development programs for bank employees and credit providers to enhance their knowledge and understanding of insurance products and processes.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices related to bancassurance and credit life channels, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines.

- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and raise the company's profile in the market.
