Vice President - Senior Product Owner - Anti Money Laundering/Financial Crime

As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs, and delivering value to our customers.

- You will have the opportunity to work on an award-winning product which is redefining Anti Money Laundering controls using an advanced machine learning model which was created in collaboration with Google and is now deployed across the globe.

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes, strong background in Agile methodologies with experience in Value Stream models. The successful candidate will have exposure to Google Cloud, familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, and a proven track record of effectively managing product lifecycles.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for your pod, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and market trends. Define and prioritize product features using the Value Stream model, ensuring optimal value delivery through each iteration

- Agile champion: Masterfully lead product owner responsibilities within an Agile Scrum framework, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Value Stream Management: Utilize Value Stream mapping techniques to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and streamline the product development process

What you will need to succeed in the role:

- Strong experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on Agile methodologies

- Strong understanding of Value Stream mapping techniques and principles

- Working knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and development cycles

- Experience with Google Cloud platform and cloud-based technologies. (preferred)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

- Proven ability to rapidly develop matter expertise in a range of technical and non-technical areas.

- Working experience on Jira and confluence

- Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred
