Looking for Head - Marketing for our start-up client in car rental industry - self-drive model in Gurgaon.  Role:Sr.Marketing Manager / VP-Marketing  Key responsibilities:  - Developing the overall brand and marketing strategy, including budgets etc., along with company founders, including:  a) Brand positioning i.e. what does the brand stand for  b) Key themes / messages in line with the brand positioning  c) Choice of medium, messages across each medium, mode of communication etc.   - Leading the planning and execution, across all marketing platforms e.g.   a) Digital: selecting a portfolio of digital channels for brand promotion / advertisements, leading organic search, paid search, display, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate networks,finalizing campaigns and content, assessing effectiveness and making real time changes etc.   b) ATL: shortlisting locations / identifying arbitrage opportunities to ensure maximum ROI, finalizing content for display, coordinating and negotiating with printers etc.   c) BTL: shortlisting locations, designing campaign, finalizing content, negotiating with vendors etc.   - Assessing effectiveness of individual marketing channels / campaigns (ROI) and making real time changes, as needed  - Coordinating with various vendors / contractors / agencies etc. to ensure execution, as per plans  - Orchestrating PR / Media interactions / discussions  - Initiating and managing - Marketing Tie Ups- and - Partnerships-   Desired background:  - MBA from top tier management institute  - 5 to 7 years experience of working in B2C companies (preferably start-ups)  - Good experience exposure, across all marketing channels i.e. digital, BTL, ATL  Package - Best in the industry + equity
