The role holder will work within Global Operational and Resilience Risk as the Regional Change Execution Risk Steward for Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) and will have responsibility for proving Change Execution Risk subject matter expertise, advice, guidance, and effective challenge to the First Line of Defence. Specific Risk Steward responsibilities will cover:

The role holder will be:

- Part of the leadership team for LATAM ORR and report to the Head of ORR for LATAM; and

- Part of the Global Change Execution Risk Steward team, which reports to the Global Head of Business and Strategic Transformation Oversight

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role - not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.) :

- Have extensive NFR knowledge and sufficient expertise to face off appropriately to a variety of risk managers in the Group and also external parties. Recent experience in resilience risk management, key controls and processes preferred.

- Have good experience of Transformation and change initiatives in a 1LOD or 2LOD capacity.

- Experience in dealing with complex problems by adopting a pragmatic approach, identifying and prioritising core requirements and translating them into a clear set of required activities that address the problem essential.

Knowledge of the major areas of a Global Bank that can span retail, commercial or investment banking products and processes with a strong understanding of the risk characteristics / profile of key products and channels.
