Vice President/Senior General Manager - (EPC/EPCM of Industrial Equipment)

Job Title : Vice President / Senior General Manager (EPC/EPCM of Industrial Equipment)

Years of Experience : Minimum 15 years of which 3 years must be in a leadership role.

PURPOSE : Provide leadership, assume P&L responsibility and drive business operations from business development to estimation/tendering to execution to project close-out, for a bespoke industrial equipment subsidiary of a large conglomerate.

QUALIFICATIONS : Engineering & Management qualifications

Required Experience : 15 or more years of proven track record in EPC and EPCM projects covering progressive business development, sales, project management experience in the Industrial space (oil, gas, refining, petrochemical, mining, iron & steel, power, utilities, shipyards, ports and other related industries) in India. Of these 15 years, at least 3 years must be in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities & Duties :

- Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships

- Develop customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers

- Generate project/business opportunities to meet the company's business plans and growth strategies

- Develop and maintain relationships with major capital equipment suppliers and Process Technology Licensors.

- Collaborate with company management to prepare and implement the company's strategies for meeting business goals

- Nurture talent.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
