Vice President/Senior General Manager/General Manager - Sales & Marketing - Automobile

Our client a leading manufacturer of automotive precision and machined components multi products and pan India manufacturing facilities is looking for Head - Sales & Marketing.

- The ideal candidate should be a full time engineering graduate with 18+ years experience in marketing of precision or machined auto components to Automotive OE, Defense, Aerospace or Engineering industry.

- He should have handled a biz of at least 300+ cr. Preference for candidates who have handled US & Europe market

- Techno commercial with a business acumen to explore new business opportunities will be ideal.

- Excellent knowledge about automotive industry both domestic and export market is preferred

Responsibilities:

- The role holder is to coordinate with Business Head for developing the plan and strategy for sales and marketing for the division.

- The role holder is responsible for implementing the ratio and drive the sales across the three verticals viz., OE market, retail /Aftermarket and exports in alignment to overall sales strategy.

- Developing and motivating the team to achieve set targets, ensuring margin realisation, adhering to sales processes and generating customer satisfaction is critical to the role holder.
