Description :

- To approve equity research material in compliance with the various regulations

- To build relationship with analysts, explaining regulatory requirements while simultaneously adding commercial value to written research

- To coordinate with regional compliance/control room to ensure research material meets regulatory guidelines

- To advise on structure and clarity of writing, as required

- To edit research material

- To ensure timely distribution of research

- Compulsory Certified with Series 16 Certificate.
