About the role:

- Architect (Planner) and lead the technical design of applications on the Salesforce platform

- Help the wider business understand how Salesforce fits into technical landscape

- Manage the technical delivery within the team

- Lead and drive technical workshops

- Understanding and application of best practices and effective patterns

- Coach and mentor junior technical team members

- Evangelist of the latest thinking around the platform, technical delivery and devops

- Own development life-cycle and support release management strategy

- Ownership of technical documentation

- Working closely with functional and test leads

- Contribute to the wider technical landscape by providing technical expertise Requirements

- Be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to drive decision making

Work location : Incubants will be working either from Mumbai or Bangalore

CTC : Upto 90 Lakhs

Requirements :

- Salesforce experience is a Must

- Candidate must be from new age Startup company

- Age not exceeding more than 40 years

- Should be from IIT/ BITS

- B-Tech with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience with Minimum 2 years compulsory experience as Salesforce Architect Enterprise Architecture certifications or experience

- Mobile application design and development (native, web or hybrid) (native, web or hybrid)

- Excellent communication skills B2B (oral & written)

- Must have assessed the business requirements and architecture in order to design & develop secure, high performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.

- Candidate having building the end to end salesforce from scratch in a product based company will be an added advantage

- Candidate should have at least two year of experience as a salesforce architect

- Strong hold on designing entire salesforce architecture and managing a big team size for a product based company

- Enterprise Architecture certifications or experience - Mobile application design and development (native, web or hybrid) (native, web or hybrid)

- Proven track record leading technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions

- Wider Salesforce technology (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Heroku, CPQ, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud)

- Wider ECommerce & marketing technologies such as Hybris, Commerce Cloud, Adobe, Sitecore

- Security and identity such as Salesforce Shield and identity management

- Other languages or frameworks (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, React etc)

- Data migration from legacy platforms Experience with any of the following would be an advantage

- Wider Salesforce technology (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Heroku, CPQ, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud)

- Experience into Integration, messaging or API management platforms such as Mulesoft or Apigee

- Testing automation frameworks such as Selenium or Provar

- Strong hold on designing entire salesforce architecture and managing a big team size for a product based company

- Wider eCommerce & marketing technologies such as Hybris, Commerce Cloud, Adobe, Sitecore

- Security and identity such as Salesforce Shield and identity Shield and identity management Frameworks (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, React etc)

- Enterprise Architecture certifications or experience

- Mobile application design and development (native, web or hybrid) (native, web or hybrid)

- Deep technical platform experience of the Salesforce Lightning platform

- Development experience with Apex, VF and Lightning Components

- At least one advanced technical certification (e.g. domain architect / platform dev)

- Strong grasp of cloud integration patterns and technology options

- Experience of agile delivery and dev-ops principles and Experience in working on the design of the solution with the Technical Architect.

- Adept at guiding and coaching junior developers within the team.

- Effective Team Leadership skills

- Ability to perform in high pressure situations
