- With a minimum of last 5 years engaged with US or UK or Europe Regions
- Role should have an understanding customer challenges, their top priorities and should be well versed in doing competitor Analysis.
- Should have ability to map key technical and business side stakeholders and engage with them on issues and potential solutions, services
- This role will be supported by the technical partner and the respective practice groups for stakeholder engagement and consultative suctioning/sales activities
- The focus is on identifying & qualifying multiple scalable opportunities in the service areas of Temenos/ T24
- Will be accountable from engagement all the way to contracting
Competencies determining the success of this role :
- Should have at least 14-18 years of experience in selling Temenos/ T24 & Service offerings to technology/business buyers across the banks especially in geographies like US, UK, Europe
- Should have been front ending sales for the last 6-8 years with similar top line revenue accountability
- For this position, we will not consider pre-sales experience or delivery experience as relevant. It has to be a profile who has held similar revenue accountability
- Should be well versed in mapping the stockholder's need
- Should have actively sold professional services / T24
- Demonstrated ability to independently engage with CXOs in opportunity creation and conversion
- Experience in IT services context critical.
- Short and Frequent travel is a must.
- Should have solid T24 / Temenos selling exp to US or UK or Europe.
