Key Responsibilities:

- Applicants will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

- Responsible for Sales and Account Management Teams pan India.

- Responsible for Client Growth and penetration of existing client accounts through strong team management and deliverables.

- Applicants will be responsible in setting up strategic direction for Sales Team Goals, capability enhancement, Sales Force Management and retention.

- Looking out for someone who can define optimal sales force structure and hire right talent for overall Sales Delivery.

- Applicants will be responsible in creating a culture of success, ongoing business, goal achievement, managing the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.

- Applicants will be responsible in defining strong sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.

- Looking for applicants who can handle large accounts & manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction which thereby enables repeat business and put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function.

- Applicants will be responsible in providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting, compile information related to customer and prospect interactions, Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

- Applicants will be working closely with the marketing function to establish successful support to the function.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

- Looking for smart, Confident, Self-driven person with pleasant personality, Strong Industry Networks, Client Management/Relationship skills.

- Strong Communication, Team handling and Presentation skills.

- Good experience in B2B Sales.

- Awareness /Exposure to Manpower consulting/service industries is desirable, but not essential.

- Applicants should be familiar with CRM - Sales force and Digital Marketing Space .

- Willing to travel across India.
