VP SAAS Sales Responsibilities : - Develop a GTM enterprise sales strategy to build and grow market leadership and to achieve business targets - Lead the company's sales efforts, building and executing plans to drive revenue through both direct and partner channels - Build, manage and execute a 360-degree sales plan to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts across multiple geographies - Lead by example - we need a hands-on leader who can close current opportunities and personally lead the drive to identify and win new business. - Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans - Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the organisation's revenue-generating departments - Build and manage a sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function to plan and implement product marketing strategies - Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth - Implement sales monitoring technologies and/or softwares to build visibility, traceability and scalability across the sales pipeline - Collect and collate customer feedback to drive new product and feature development and optimisation - Contribute to the overall growth of the organisation by taking ownership of the product sales and marketing functions Skills Required : - Highly self-motivated and passionate - 6 - 8 years in diversified sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving and implementing aggressive revenue growth for a young company - Deep knowledge of the customer engagement and loyalty industry, with a strong network of relationships - Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach, working closely with a committed and talented team - Experience, ability and desire to thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment, and a strong can-do attitude - Creative ability to build new avenues for growth through marketing, branding, and partnerships - Proven experience developing and executing business and sales strategy - Significant general management and P&L experience - Ability to craft and execute a sales strategy Desired Candidate Profile : - 6 - 8 yrs of proven experience in channel sales and product management. (B2B SAAS experience would be a bonus) - Should have demonstrated track record of executing product strategy and achieving sales targets - Any Graduate/ MBA in marketing management will be preferred
