Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following -
- You will secure new logos with named strategic accounts in the Enterprise Segment for your industry.
- You will create a focused and targeted logo acquisition strategy.
- Expand Mihup's use cases in existing and newly won accounts to maximize impact for customers.
- Establish essential C-Level relationships, who will, in turn, be your industry advocates.
- You will build value in all engagements to guide successful negotiations.
- You will plan, document, and drive the growth of Mihup's usage for your customers.
- You will develop a deep and detailed understanding of the customer's business.
- Build Partnerships with various sales channels/partners to market Mihup's product with their established network
- Identify all important data use cases and buying centers in an opportunity to increase the impact of Mihup in an organization.
- Represent Mihup in various industry events and showcase the value benefits and competitive edge against other market players
- Evaluate the market and industry and accordingly devise the sales strategy in terms of the ICP, Sales channel, mode, target geography
- Actively contribute to the existing onboarded accounts to ensure retention, cross-selling, upselling and expansion
- Orchestrate and use Mihup's teams to maximize your impact on your sales motions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any domain;
- 10+ years of experience selling SaaS deals in the Enterprise segment;
- Prior experience in selling Telephony / Conversational AI solutions is a plus Key Skills;
- Background and established networks in BFSI space is an added advantage;
- Knowledge of segment priorities, buying processes, buying cycles, decision-making process, and the ecosystem;
- Background of selling usage-based SaaS solutions, or other AI/ML technologies;
