Vice President - Sales - Portfolio Management Services
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for PMS, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify target market segments, key clients, and growth opportunities to prioritize sales efforts.
- Set achievable sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.
- Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and tactics.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Arranging prospective clients, distributors, and wealth manager meetings with Fund Managers and the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, issues, and concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Business Development and Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Develop and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, wealth managers, and IFAs to generate referrals and leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Identify and Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales results, trends, and forecasts to management.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
