We are looking for a high-performing Sales leader for the role of "VP - Sales & Business Development" with proven leadership skills, a successful sales track record, and a solid business acumen to join our client company. This position reports directly to the MD, oversees the staff and budgets of both the Sales and Marketing Departments.

Hiring Company-Indian multinational engineering conglomerate company with diversified industries.

Major Responsibilities :

- Accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with company's business strategy.

- Work with company's managing director to build liaison between key functional leadership positions within Sales, Marketing, and Operations that is able to translate goals and objectives into actions for functional reporting teams to enable success.

- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Business Development Strategy, Sales and Channel Management.

- Develops sales and marketing strategies plans that add value to the achievement of company's business goals and objectives.

- Prioritize monthly and quarterly goals and KPI's based on capacity and company standards.

- Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market mapping, competitors data, and sales business project execution plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market.

- Develop, identify, and maintain tools and technology designed to increase channel sales, social media development, and awareness with digital trends.

- Manage Sales Operations team and support agents in with dealer facing B2B as well as with management of special orders and back orders for state dealers and key accounts.

- Monitor pricing strategy and give adequate inputs to business to develop pricing strategies and customer satisfaction.

- The successful candidate should have relevant work experience in plastic products, waterproofing, pipes and fittings products manufacturing business
