- To attain the sales targets for the brand and product / product categories by setting up and managing a strong distributor network .

- Ensuring that sales drive quick scaling up of the Paints business by building a strong distributor network.

- Strategic thinking, Decision Making, creativity, leadership and goal orientation, initiative and process oriented, analytical with strong people management skills.

- The incumbent should exhibit entrepreneurial zeal, be hands on and should be able to manage sales as a profit center.
