Client: A fast-growing Infrastructure and Real estate developer in Chennai with a Significant brand presence. Our client is looking for a talent for whom this could become the ' Defining inning' of the career
Location: Chennai / Anywhere in India
Job Description:
- Responsible for building overall NRI Sales & achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Interact with NRIs and convert the leads to sales.
- Build a target driven Sales and Marketing Team
- Manage marketing budgets, integrating mass media,BTL, online marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.), and marketing collaterals
Profile of the candidate:
- 15+ years of Experience in Sales in the Luxury side of Real Estate
- 5-10 years experience in NRI segment (Well networked in Asia, Europe and US Markets)
- Excellent presentation and interactive skills with HNIs settled overseas
- Very Entrepreneurial and Incentive Driven.
- MBA from a premium B-school is desired
Compensation: Decent Base Salary and Double to Treble Incentives ( Overall annual CTC could be Rs 1 Crores to 1.5 Crores)
