Vice President - Sales - NBFC

VP Sales for an NBFC to be based in Mumbai and Delhi .

Must have experience in Corporate lending Business for Real Estate Vertical.

This role will be responsible to interact with CXOs of leading builders and real estate developers to bring in new business opportunities.

Handling sales and Business Development for the region.

Liaison with various stakeholders like legal, finance, compliance etc .

Lead negotiation, initiate deal discussions, generate new relationships, etc.

Evaluating a transaction covering client financial analysis, credit worthiness, project details, geography & market outlook and competition.

10+ years experience, having handled corporate lending to real estate.
