They have developed a mobile platform that powers brands to improve their customer experience and revenue. With technology at the core, their one of its kind process penetration software helps their clients effectively execute and monitor their action panning.

- With over 250 clients cutting across industries and operations in over 2000 locations across India, Middle East and Far East, they are the leading organization in their industry in India. Their vision is to help brands provide best customer experience to each customer and penetrate their practices to the last mile, every time. Their clients are leading retailers across verticals and they have ambitious plans to grow rapidly.

- They are looking for VP Sales to join their fast-growing team in identifying potential client opportunities and generating new business.

- As a VP - Sales you will be responsible for responding to highly signaled inbound inquiries as well as blanketing your region with outbound activity. You will strategically approach target companies and sell consulting solutions that help them achieve their business objectives.

This includes the following Key Responsibilities :

- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong relationships with business leaders

- Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business leveraging our solution offerings

- Secure new business by developing and presenting relevant solutions that help clients achieve their marketing objectives

- Develop your understanding of the industry landscape and leverage on it to educate clients on their opportunities

- Close new business consistently at or above quota expectations

- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on your pipeline status

- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

Candidate Profile :

- Should have demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment

- Should have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment; comfort with ambiguity and ability to deliver results under pressure

- Independent and self motivated individual with strong market intelligence

- 3 to 9 years of relevant experience
